RESIDENTIAL COURSES

Come and paint in this unspoilt and lovely area of France. This southern tip of the Charente borders the Dordogne and Charente Maritime and offers long sunshine hours. With a mixture of open rolling and wooded landscape with wide skies, vines, crops, meadows and rivers. Spring boasts lovely flowers and spectacular blossom whilst Autumn offers sharp shadows and stunning sunsets.
The courses offer basic beginners courses for those who want to get started and those for more advanced painters who wish to come and share a painting experience, capturing the Charentaise light or painting some of the pretty villages with their roman tiled roofs. For inclement days or for skill learning exercises there is a large and equipped studio.
